Chicken mayo sandwich with a twist

The Specially chosen Spices in the Chicken Spice and the Spicy Hot Flavour of the Peri Peri work together to pack at bit of punch.


375 ml Cooked Chicken chopped

1 small, finely chopped Onion small, finely chopped

10 ml Celery finely chopped

60 ml Mayonnaise

15 ml Chicken Spice

2 ml Peri Peri

Lettuce or Rocket Leaves


Combine chicken, onion and celery.

Add the spices to the mayonnaise and mix well.

Stir chicken mixture into the flavoured mayo.

Spread between slices of your favorite bread that have been spread with margarine.

Top with lettuce or rocket leaves.

Wrap and pack for lunches.
