Serves 6


1–2 green peppers, white parts and seeds removed and sliced into little squares

12–18 cherry tomatoes

250g white button mushrooms

6 kebab sticks, soaked overnight in cold water

3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste


Put an assortment of green pepper squares, tomatoes and mushrooms onto the kebab sticks. You can use your own imagination – for instance, one mushroom, a green pepper square, a tomato, another greenpepper square, another mushroom, etc. Mix the oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper and brush the kebab with it. Grill on the fire or under the oven grill.

Move! tip: Soaking the kebab sticks overnight helps to prevent the sticks from catching alight.
