Lamb stew


1½ tablespoons oil

2 onions, sliced

2 garlic cloves, sliced

1 tablespoon curry powder

½ stick cinnamon

1 dried chilli, chopped

400g lamb cubes, browned

2 cups sugar beans, soaked andcooked

Salt and pepper to taste

½ packet cocktail tomatoes


Fry onions and garlic in oil tosoften. Add spices, and fry torelease flavour. Add meat, coverwith water, and bring to the boil.Simmer until meat is soft. Addsugar beans and cook untilflavours have combined. Seasonwith salt and pepper. Addtomatoes and heat through.
