Pizza Pasta Salad

¦ 100g pasta, any shape of your choice

¦ 15ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil

¦ 15ml (1 tablespoon) basil pesto

¦ Salt and freshly ground black pepper

¦ 100g cherry tomatoes, halved

¦ 50g mozzarella cheese, diced

¦ 5 black olives, halved

¦ 4 slices salami, sliced into ribbons

¦ Handful basil leaves


Cook pasta according to directions on pack.

Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Toss with olive oil and pesto, season to taste.

Spoon pasta into 2 jars, layer with cherry tomatoes, cheese, black olives and salami, ending with the basil.

Cover with lid.

Move Tip: When you get to the office, you can tip the salad out of the jar or enjoy it from the jar.
