Red Wine Chicken

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients. Pour into a shallow dish and add the chicken pieces. Turn to coat well.
  2. Marinate for two to three hours.
  3. Remove from the marinade and braai over medium to hot coals turning and basting frequently for 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
  4. Serve strewn with fresh rocket leaves.
