SAA apologizes to Bonang after tweet

Social media has empowered the public to complain about the bad service received online.

Bonang trended on Wednesday afternoon after she sent out a consumer complaint on Twitter to South African Airways.

She tweeted that she did not like the meal that was served during her flight

Instead of getting a modest apology from the airline, she was told the all the other passengers enjoyed their meal.

Twitter went wild some stating that the airline's response was uncalled for while others  said Bonang's Tweet was unnecessary.

SAA soon realized the fault on their part and Tweeted an apology to Bonang
