Simple and easy: Mushroom burgers

Ingredients to be used: 

6 Hamburger rolls

60 ml soft margarine

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 packet (250g) large brown mushrooms

½ fresh lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

6 slices of cheese

30 ml Dijon mustard


Split the rolls and spread lightly with margarine. Mix the rest of the margarine with the garlic and melt in a pan. Fry the whole mushrooms in the garlic margarine until cooked. Drizzle a little lemon juice over. Put some shredded lettuce, a slice f cheese, one or two hot mushrooms and a little bit of the pan juice on the bottom of each roll. Spread the mustard inside the one half of the roll and on the mushroom. Enjoy with chips or salad.
