Something sweet Trifle

Serves 6 – 8

2 packets jelly (red and green)

500 ml (2 cup) hot water

500 ml (2 cup) cold water

1 can of mixed fruit

500 ml (2 cups) custard

1 packet (200 g) tennis biscuits, crumbled

Add the water to the jelly and prepare according to instruction on the packet. Leave to cool until completely set. Spoon layers of jelly, fruit, custard and biscuit crumbs into glasses. Repeat layers until the glasses are full. Finish with a layer of custard.
