Sprite will be schooling the winners of its recent Uncontainable Talent Search on how to be superstars, between the 3rd and 5th of February 2016.

Through a three-day mentorship programme, Sprite will be empowering and investing in the winners of the dance, emcee and graffiti categories - Brandon Petersen, Lungelo Ntuli (aka Da Zeeology) and Mduduzi Tshabalala.

Jam-packed with lessons on all they’ll need to know to succeed in the SA Hip-Hop scene, such as entrepreneurial, communications and contract signing skills, the programme is a reflection of Sprite’s commitment to investing in and developing young artists.

Sprite has for many years been a champion and supporter of emerging artists, working hard to find raw talent throughout South Africa. T

hey continue to be dedicated to emancipating the youth, advancing their craft and serving as a vital resource in artist growth. All this is reflected in the mentorship programme.

Each winner will also get to spend time with a recognized Hip-Hop specialist in their field. Rhyme-spitting star Reason will help Da Zeeology make his emceeing even more epic, while graffiti guru Mars will share all he knows about tagging with Tshabalala and dance diva Lorcia Cooper will show Petersen some of her moves. Other Hip-Hop artists will also be giving them the low down about the industry at a special dinner.

Armed with lessons acquired from the mentorship programme, these three will be ready to quench the thirst of the local Hip-Hop community for fresh, new talent. Maybe one day they too will become mentors, inspiring the next generation of aspiring artists and sharing their experiences on taking the SA Hip-Hop scene by storm.
