Tebogo proud of his performance on Idols

Tebogo has proven to Mzansi that dreams, hard work and perseverance can get you far in life. Leaving Idols just a week before the finale Tebogo says he is grateful for the opportunity that he got from Idols.

“I am very proud of myself because I know what I have achieved. I know where I am going and I am confident in my career in a sense that I am a hard worker and will keep pushing” says Tebogo.

The music who was on Idols before says not once has he ever condemned himself for not making it far in the competition. “After I was turn away from Idols I did not give up. I still went for my gig because music is who I am, it is in my gens. Right now I have a single and I am glad that I never gave up on my dream,” says the 24-year-old singer.

Tebogo whose father is a pastor says that growing up he use to imitate his father and that his how he came to love music. “Music is something that I grew up with. I can also just learn to play an instrument by just looking at people playing,” he says.

The musician who hails from Stellenbosch says he wish Noma and Thami all the best. “To my fellow contestant I wish them nothing but the best. They must continue doing what they do best and I will be there cheering them on,” says Tebogo. As a full time musician, Tebogo hopes that he lands a recording deal.

With only seven days left before the winner of Idols SA Season XII is announced at the finale in Carnival City, the battle lines have been drawn. Will it be Noma or will it be Thami?
