The longest serving vernacular stand-up show is heading to Jozi

SA’s number one and longest serving vernacular stand-up show is heading to Jozi’s premier entertainment destination, Gold Reef City.

The comedy extravaganza features headline act, Sifiso Nene, supported by Siyanda Maphumulo, Siya Seya, Mondli Mzizi and Amawele AseChesterville. Popular vernac comedian, Skhumba Hlophe will be the host of this hilarious spectacle.

Sifiso Nene is no stranger to the comedy stage as he has been at it for the past 7 years with various accolades, such as SATMAS for the Best Indigenous Comedian and SA Comics’ Choice Audience Choice Award. It is no surprise that Nene is a favourite amongst South Africans as his material is relevant and relates to them.

Young and renowned stand-up comedian, Siyanda Maphumulo always offers a touch of ground-breaking and intellectual comedy. His genuine sense of humour is based on his observation and interpretation of everyday life.
