Most women worry about miscarriage when they are pregnant. Some even worry about minor things such as nausea and morning sicknesses. We look into things that might be harmful when you are pregnant.

Depression: Try by all means to avoid being depressed because once you are depressed you are putting your child in danger of miscarriage.

Sexual Transmitted Disease: Be careful of sexual transmitted diseases because they can even harm your unborn baby.

Food: Make sure you eat healthy food. This makes your life easier.

Odours: You have to be careful of the things you use to spray your home with or you use on your body. Some are toxic, strong and are unbearable when you are pregnant.
