Healthy school lunch is very important for kids because it gives them energy and ability to concentrate in class.

Here are five day guidelines for a fresh healthy lunchbox for kids.

  1. You must try balance the fruits and vegetables that you include in your kids lunchbox.

  1. There are types of healthy breads which you can select from such as: flat breads, grain breads, pit bread and rolls which can help you make good hot dogs.

  1. You must always find an alternative to use on the kids’ bread, instead of using margarine or butter try using the avocado.

  1. To maintain a healthy yet interesting lunchbox try using yoghurt, cheese and polony.

  1. As health professionals say, a healthy body needs protein. Add peanut butter, eggs, and chickpeas to give them the required protein.

  1. Remember, to not always include juice, try sometime to add just pure healthy water.
