Treat yourself

Give yourself a five-minute facial treat. Apply your favourite moisturiser or facial cream to your skin. Use the tips of your fingers to make small and circular movements. Apply it first on your checks then move on to between your eyes, the top of your nose and up to your forehead. Do not forget your chin and corners of your mouth. Repeat the massage three times, massaging deeper each time. It helps your blood circulation around your face and for your face to breathe again.
