Serves 6

500 g pasta of your choice

15 ml (1 tablespoon) oil

500 ml (2 cups) frozen peas

250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise

125 ml (1/2 cup) milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cans (170 g each) tuna

2 ripe tomatoes, chopped

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and oil, and cook until almost tender. Add the peas and cook for a further minute or two, until both the pasta and peas are cooked. While the pasta is cooking, mix the mayonnaise, milk and seasoning to taste, and set aside. When the pasta and peas are cooked, drain and mix with the mayonnaise dressing. Add the bacon and chopped tomatoes, mix lightly and serve.
