Vienna pasta bake

Ingredients to be used:

½ packet (250g) viennas chopped

½ packet (250g) shell noodles

1 tin (410g) tomato and onion mix

2 teaspoons (10ml) Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon (10ml) dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon (5ml) lemon juice

3/4 cup (180ml) grated cheddar cheese

Directions: Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salt water until cooked but still firm. Drain and mix the tomato and onion mix, Worcestershire sauce, basil, pepper, eggs and lemon juice. Add the viennas and a spoon into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the cheese over. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
