McCain Potato chip served nachos style topped with guacamole, cheddar, beans, salsa and bacon

½ packet McCain Traditional Slap Chips

•Salt and pepper to taste

•1/4 cup Red kidney beans

•1/4 cup sweet corn

•8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into small pieces

•1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

•1 red chilli, chopped

 

Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat. Cook the chips by lowering them into the hot oil to deep fry.

Pat dry on a paper towel and season with salt and pepper

Remove from heat and arrange the potato chips in a circle. Place the beans in the centre. Add half the cheese and warm in microwave until cheese has melted. Add the rest of the toppings generously around the chips and serve.
