Crime is still on the rise in SA

29 July 2014, 10:31

When Jean De La Bruyere states that “If poverty is the mother of crime, lack of good sense is the father.” He was not under influence of any substance which impairs his mental or physical faculties. He pulled out a fact. I am really touched by a story that I read on News24.com about a 28-year-old man who was stabbed inside a KFC shop in central Johannesburg, and later died.

This is a clear indication that safety is still a problem in our country and crime is on the riseregardless of what the stats say. Criminals are making our country a slaughterhouse. They do it anytime, they don’t wait for the sun to set. Since they have noticed that police are nowhere to be found they even commit crime daylight.

We live in a beautiful country but what is happening now is no longer beautiful at all. Crime is damaging the good reputation of our beloved country. What worries me the most is that according to report, the victim ran inside the KFC but only to find out that there was no one who was willing to help him.

Our country is rotten. Criminals are being allowed to live with innocent people. Something needs to be done urgently unless more tragedies like this will continue to occur forever and the country will be dominated by criminals anytime soon. Crime like this is getting into my nerves.
