No.1 - we need decent education and skills training (mainly for poor Black kids). SADTU has totally messed up the futures of millions of young Blacks, selling 'headmasterships for cows', teachers arriving late, leaving early, even molesting kids. And after teaching children mathematics and computer literacy (in particular along with other relevant subjects), these children then need to be able to get proper job skills by enrolling in training colleges and technikons (which the ANC in its infinite wisdom, shut down!!??). Then, No.2 - we need companies that are able to actually employ these trained youngsters. For that we need (mainly) White companies. Not a racist statement, simply factual. It is White know-how and capital that started Checkers (employing around 100 000 people), Pick 'n Pay (over 50 000), construction companies, mining companies and tens of thousands of other companies from KFC to Pep to Nandos to you-name-it. Without companies like these, there WON'T BE any jobs for skilled Black folk At least, not until we get a few more skilled Black entrepreneurs like, for example, Herman Mashaba (Black Like Me), Richard Maponya etc. But it will take time for more skilled Black MDs like this to emerge. Meanwhile, the ANC's horribly restrictive web of labour restrictions (formulated by its partner-in-crime, the trade unions) is actively working to PREVENT the formation of new companies that could employ millions of people. The only way to resolve these two massive restrictions on South Africa's economic growth - and help ensure the future employment of millions of Black kids - is to kick out the real cause of our problems: the ANC. Every day brings another story of the ANC leadership robbing the poor to greedily fill their own pockets - and NOTHING will change until this festering cANCer killing South Africa is chucked out at the poll booths. We desperately need Education and Employment - without them, we South Africans, for the most part, actually HAVE no future.
