Western Cape Independence?

09 November 2012, 14:00
Is it not clear that the Western Cape is under attack?

I mean, let's not honestly fool ourselves by terms like "service delivery" or "wage protests" - these attacks are aimed at crippling the Western Cape & it's people into submission through Maoist-style tactics. The ANC and it's youth league have openly carried out attacks across the WC by bringing in thousands of it's members on busses to use violence & intimidation against our people.

They will not stop until the Cape is under the grip of the ANC. They also clearly will not tolerate any opposition, regardless of what the majority of our people voted.

It will only get worse as we build up to the 2014 elections: more trucks & trains will be burned, more farms will be burned, more people will be forced into joining them at the edge of a sharpened panga..

Is it not not time we seriously started considering an Independent Cape Republic as a means of saving a piece of SA? Or should we just sit back & watch it all go down?

Il keep my question short & simple: Would you support a referendum toward Cape Independence, and if outside the Cape - move to the Western Cape if it were Independent?
