Your Vote, Your Future. You Vote for what you deserve.

04 May 2014, 18:15

Your vote can change South Africa for the better or your vote can keep the same ruling party which is bringing South Africa to its knees, just like Zimbabwe.

Some comments from people who know whats good for South Africa:

Live free and equal under the Constitution of Mandela and de Klerk.

Live free from corruption, nepotism and economic decline and joblessness.

Dont retreat from your values.

The ruling government of today is not the ruling government of Mandela. It is the ruling government of Number One, Blade Nzimande and Baleka Mbete and the like.

United we stand and divided we fall.

I can't wait! Someone needs to topple the ruling government before its too late!!

If the official opposition party can take Gauteng, it'll give them the opportunity to prove to the rest of the country that they can and will deliver. And in 2019 they can take SA! They really are the best chance for SA to survive and people must start to realize they are NOT a racist party!

Times are a-changing, and 1 week is a long time in politics

Wait and see

Recent reaction to Madonsela’s recognition by Time Magazine is a sign of how desperate we, South Africans, are for strong leadership. How the slightest spark of excellence translates into front-page news. AFP’s Andrew Beatty said it so well: “Reaction to Madonsela’s inclusion on Time list vividly shows South Africans want their leaders to be moral rock stars.”

Madonsela is a moral rock star, but in truth South Africans don’t need rock stars (even though we have been spoilt in the past)… we just need leaders who are fit to govern. Leaders who have the interest of the country at heart. Leaders who don’t weaken constitutional institutions and defend a quarter billion Rand upgrades at their private homes. Leaders who don’t try to convince us that being flown around in a helicopter and wearing Louis Vuitton shoes is meant to inspire the poor. Leaders who don’t treat us like idiots when they make blatant mistakes or bungle political mergers. Leaders who don’t embarrass us or betray our trust. Leaders who can stand tall and be acknowledged by the global community, which we are a part of.

As South Africa marks 20 years of the greatest miracle in the world, now more than ever, it needs leaders who can not only plan for the distant future, but inspire us today.

Has anyone noticed, it is only the ruling party that has brought race into the elections? How often have we heard the ruling party at rallies blaming the whites, using the whites as scapegoats for all their failings.

Let it be. Let it Go.

Zille wants to help YOU and YOURS

The DA will definitely receive my vote on May 7 2014... DA for Gauteng, DA for SOUTH AFRICA...

Number One really has a bad story to tell over the last 5 years:

He promised 5 million jobs, the economy lost more jobs than was created.

Appointed the biggest cabinet in SA history, 34 ministers,33 deputy ministers.

Disbanded the Scorpions.

Corruption and just plain looting the worst in 20 years of ANC rule.

Allowed R246 million to be spent on his private palace, where the state is even paying for the electricity.

The taxpayer has to pay for support services to 4 wives [upwards of R20 million per year] and the school and university education of all his children.

New roads were built to Nkandla are not tolled.

Signed the secrecy bill into law.

Destroyed the independence of the NPA and introduced selective justice in SA. He appoints his loyal cadres in the NPA so that himself and his loyal cadres won’t be charged [lIke Genl Richard Mdluli,Motsoeneng of the SABC and Peggy Nkonyeni in Kwazulu Natal].

And he was an absent and silent president while the country’s moral fibre is rotting and we are going backwards under his rule. Now that it is election time, he want to open his mouth.

Under Number One we have seen the highest petrol price ever, the highest national debt ever [R2 Trillion], e-tolls and the weakest rand ever.

South Africa, must Number One be rewarded for all this?

I am excited for change - change is growth!

Speculation is a great anxiety promoter....what will be will be. ......Now is the time.

Western Cape has tasted real liberation. Now its Gauteng's turn to taste real freedom.

Vote ANC for :

More empty promises

More service delivery protests, and more Andries Tatanes

More corruption and self-serving self-enrichment

More economic decline and joblessness[Nigeria already surpassed us, who is next?]

The national debt increasing from the current R2 Trillion.

More roads tolled [except the new R500 million roads to Nkandla.

The petrol price increasing and the rand weakening further

Another arms deal

A deal and coalition with Malema after the elections to change the Constitution? To take away important human rights that Madiba wanted there?

Discrimination and racism increasing, because Number One will increasingly discriminate against minorities ,to hide his incompetence and corruption.

To all of the highly educated people who likes to throw around statistics. Out of the top seats in the Western Cape only 5 are African.... Okay so if you are so smart, why not join the DA and maybe you could be the sixth

Here are some more statistics according to Statistics South Africa the Western Cape has the second highest number of migrants (4,7%) from other provinces just behind Gauteng (5,3%), but here is the proof that is in the pudding, The Western Cape only has an unemployment rate of 17,2% while Gauteng is 22,6%. All the other ANC ruled provinces has a negative migration rate, which means people are jumping ship to get away from ANC rule and still they have a much higher unemployment rate then the Western Cape even while losing unemployed people to the Western Cape...... Makes you think (if you can) doesn't it?

The DA is a party that represents the people of South Africa and is a mixed racial party with skilled people to lead this country forward.
