Dear South Africans, At what point, are we going to say, enough is enough? At what point, are we really taking a step-back, and seriously realized that we have a serious problem. And that problem, is becoming our daily norm. South African men, at what point, are we taking a step back, just pause for a moment, and deeply digested a bitter pill facing our country at the moment.South Africans, at what point, are we going to just stop, and say this is business unusual, we cannot take it anymore. At what point, are we going to wake up, and say, the country we have dreamed of, it is no longer the same. At what point, we just pause, and say, we need to do something. We have become such violent, and brutal men.In the midst of our obsession with #ZumamustFall, Nkandla, State Capture, maladaministration, abuse of state money, and Guptas, there is something else, we are not making enough noise about. Our women and Girls, are killed like ants.Let's face it, we do not have respect for life anymore, lets face it, the list is growing day by day. I have just picked few, and would like to say to the families affected, May God heal you. May you find courage to forgive, and move on with your life.Anele Booysen,Karabo Mokoena,Sinoxolo Mafevuka,Courtney Pieters,Mavis Mabala,UCT students,UWC student,Nigerian pastor, who is allegedly luring girls for sex. Granny who died, because she cooked a liver.Someone has been robbed. Whether justice takes its course, and justice is served, it will never bring back, those who lost their beloved ones.Someone has been robbed of a daughter, a sister, a mother, an aunt, a friend. And they will never be able to see them again. Yes, maybe for some, sentencing has been concluded, and one got a life sentence for their action. But that life sentence, wont bring back a loved one to somebody. Can we take a step back, and realize, that your partner, or the female daughter next door, didn't fall from a tree? Somebody went through natural pain, and that somebody, had can have their dreams shattered because of status quo. Wake up South Africa, let us stop violence, rape, and killing of our young girls and even older girls.
