North West - A Stilfontein man died when he was hit on the neck by a coffee mug hurled at him by his sister during a fight at their home in Khuma township, North West police said on Sunday.
The 20-year-old woman threw the mug at him after he punched her in the face during an argument on Saturday night, said inspector Sam Tselanyane.
"She hit him on the neck and the cup was broken. He bled heavily and died before he could get medical treatment," he said.
The woman had since been arrested and would appear in the Stilfontein magistrate's court on Tuesday.
