KHANYA Hospice CEO Neil McDonald was pleasantly surprised when Michael Snodgrass from the Blue Ocean Dive, in Umkomaas, showed him all the “lucky draw” prizes that they would be donating to the fundraising initiative for the local Khanya Hospice.

Some lucky winner will be “swimming away in the Pink fins”, and there will be various raffles with good prizes for the month of “Pinktober”.

And don’t forget “Movember”, when the men are expected to be tested for testicular cancer and are expected to grow their moustaches and beards in support of their “buddies” and arrange fundraising events for Khanya Hospice.

The Blue Ocean Dive is situated in Reynolds Street, Umkomaas. Khanya Hospice offers free palliative nursing care to anyone with life threatening illnesses. Contact Khanya Hospiceat 083 597 8985 or via e-mail at
