Pupils mentored in developing character

2017-03-22 06:04

KUSWAG Skool has started a character and identity development programme for the Grade 8 pupils.

The grade consists of three register classes and all have their own mentor who will coach them in finding their own identity, how to cope in the real word and life skills that will help them as individuals.

These mentors include Pastor Mike Praschma from Life Church, Dr Anthony Jacobs, Pastor Lood Badenhorst and the interns from AFM Kingsway and Pastor Hugo Claassen from AFM Charisma.

The pupils will undergo three mentoring cycles of six weeks each under the guidance of the mentors and the Grade 8 register teachers of Kuswag Skool.

The feedback from parents and pupils has been overwhelmingly positive and the self-esteem and general behaviour of the pupils are already improving.

Kuswag Skool is excited to see the positive impact that the programme will have on their pupils and would like to thank the various mentors for their contribution in the lives of so many teenagers. - Supplied.
