Walk for welfare

KINGSBURGH Child and Family Welfare are excited about their annual beach walk in aid of 16 Days of Activism Against Women and Children on Sunday, November 26 at 7.30am.

The walk starts from Winkle-spruit beach, next to the life saver’s club.

“We will be walking as far as Moths Shell Hole beach, then back to Winklespruit beach. All are welcome because his is a family affair so come and enjoy our beautiful South Coast beach,” said Kingsburgh Welfare chairperson, Jenny Smith.

Entry is R20 or a bag of good-quality used clothing, payable on the day.

Breakfast rolls will be available at the Winklespruit Surf Life Saving Club.
