The Makhaza Life Style will host Youth Day celebration with a difference when they host a gala dinner at the Chris Hani Memorial School on June 16.

MLS’s founding member Siyabulela Sophi said the event dubbed “A Look Back At June 16” will give youngsters a chance to see future opportunities.

The event is made possible by Makhaza Life Style in partnership with Santam–Chris Hani Art and Culture focus School-BC Electronics.

Siyabulela sai the gala event is aimed at empowering the youth through entrepreneurship, motivational speakers and live art performance.

“The aim is to give youth awareness about all the opportunities available for them to better their future.

“We have invited a number of well-known business people in the community to give a talk and inspire others on this day.

School alumni of Chris Hani will be there as well as share the stage with our guests of honour. These are people who are doing well for themselves,” he said. Entry is by invites only. Go to: coverage @makhazalifestyle. or twitter: MakhazaLifeStyle and on Facebook (page)
