Every small town has its diamond in the rough, it may take a while for it to surface, but when it’s incredibly sharp spark starts to glimmer, it encapsulates a people.

And for the people of Mbekweni, Paarl, Vusumzi Titana, aka “Didge The-beloved”, is one such diamond.

He seems to possess an incredible ear for music, meticulous attention to notational detail and carries the music within his spirit.

This talented deep house disc jockey has been a resident DJ at Chippa’s Place for a number of years now.

He has also shared the stage with some of South Africa’s most recognized artists, the likes of Vinny da Vinci, Ralph Gum and Dj Christos.

Didge has now developed a combination of incredible listened to as well as flawless music compilation, a skills set that has led to him being offered opportunities within the creative and entertainment environment.

Didge is now again set to share the stage with Metro Fm’s Paul Mtirara and Ismail Abrahams at Cape Town’s annual Sunday Soul Sessions event.

Make a date with him on Sunday 10th, Mothers’ Day at one of Cape Town’s most lavish venues, St Yves Night Club in Cape Town.

Tickets are available at all Computicket outlets at R150 for general entry.

The event has an all white theme.
