The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) recently celebrated its 15th birthday in the best way it knows – by throwing the children of Cape Town a special kiddies’ party.

The CTICC has during the month of June celebrated its 15 years through various initiatives including the kiddies’ party.

The event was held with their partners, Ikhaya le Themba and Journey of Enrichment, joined by 100 children from Mitchell’s Plain Primary School and Yomelela Primary School in Khayelitsha, who descended on the CTICC to enjoy face painting, cupcake making, Thomas the Tank Engine rides, playing on jumping castles, a demonstration by the Fire and Rescue Services and much more.
