Don’t doubt your strengths

Our conscience plays a vital role when we make big decisions.

It forces us to look at the consequences of our actions.

Although people often see this as a way of delaying things, doubt is a healthy process through which we can rediscover our true beliefs.

It presents a chance to explore our ideas and see if we really should put them into practice.

The process also helps us to be more relaxed in our thinking and outlook on life. Being indecisive is natural as we struggle with the ways of the world.

It’s good to ask ourselves what is the worst and what the best that could happen if we go ahead.

Doubt should not automatically be seen as the fear that prevents us from carrying out our first plans but as a way of finding our deepest fear and dealing with it. It is strongly liberating to move away from fearing your doubts.

Once you do so, you become more flexible and emotionally and intellectually mature. Doubt is one of the marks of modern wisdom, so let’s embrace it.

We really need to admit our uncertainties and work through them to find out where our true potential lies.

And when your doubts increase, seek advice that will help you to deal with them.
