Winelovers will be treated to a variety of choices when events organiser Vuyani Blom hosts the second Khayelitsha Wine Show in July.

The show will be staged at the Look Out Hill over two days, 27 and 28 July.

“We are delighted with this show. We have invited various wine producers to be part of unique event,” Vuyani said.

He said attendees will sample the best wines and signature dishes from the most exciting chefs in the Chef’s Theatre.

“We estimate more than, 1000 consumers will be experiencing different lifestyle brands from many companies. This will allow visitors to taste and savour a wide range of styles and cultivars.

“We have added three dynamic dimensions to the festival,” he said.

The new activities have been created to increase consumer’s interaction and enjoyment with wine and food, plus to increase wine education in a fun way. “There will be lots of prizes from holiday to wine hampers,” he added.

Local businesses would have also an opportunity to be part of the event by having local restaurants to have food stalls at the Khayelitsha Wine Show.
