LETTER: If you have to pay to get a job, you have been conned

2017-03-30 06:02

Criminals and scammers take advantage of their situation by promising them jobs, thereby taking the last money from the vulnerable, poor and unemployed.

Some of them borrow money from loan sharks to pay scammers for so-called employment opportunities. They hope that they’ll get employed and will then be able to pay back the loan. But they later find out they had been scammed and end up even poorer. People must be aware that scammers are always out there looking for ways to make money in illegal ways. It is clear that jobs are not being sold in the public or private sector. We must learn from the fact that many people were conned out of their last money by scammers.
