Jazz at old King David Golf Club

The Jazz Legends will host Jazz Kasi Stokvel on Saturday May 12 from 4pm at the King David Golf Club in Montana.

This show will feature notable icons like Tete Mbambisa on piano, Blacks Tempi on trumpet and flugelhorn, Prince Mafu on bass, Buddy Wells on tenor and soprano, including Bra Tebogo Moholo on drums.

Shodz Entertainment & Promotions managing director Shodz Balintulo said the event is meant to celebrate these legends.

“This is our way of acknowledging our most important musicians and expose the audience to their magic,” said Shodz.

He said he wants to promote jazz through providing opportunities for showcasing talented singers.

“One of our objective is to provide opportunities for social upliftment in our community through improving and promoting jazz appreciation awareness in our community,” he added.
