The experience he has gained from recording his debut album has seen him soaring in confidence so that he has now recorded a second one, which is due to hit the shelves soon.

Patuxolo Buso, from Gugulethu has finished recording this as yet untitled album.

According to him, the album is due for release next month.

“Pat” to his friends, released his debut album titled Azophela amaqhinga, last year.

The 10 track album made waves in radio stations which earned him bookings in as far as Johannesburg and the Eastern Cape.

“The response I am getting is very good.

I have learnt a lot from my first album so my fans must expect an even better album which will uplift their spirits. It has more maturity,” he said.

He said the track Wazithwala is much loved by many.

Pat worked with Erick Lothe, of Lothe Music Production, in Delft who produced the album.

He wrote all the songs on the album. It is available at Bellstar Music in Bellville.

He said fell in love with music back in high school where he was part of the school choir.

Buso said he was a relation to another well-known gospel musician. He is cousin to Msimelelo Ntlonze of Lord Comforters and his late uncle, Mmeli Ntlonze, was a choir conductor in the Eastern Cape.

Pat was also a member of a Klap and Tap choir. His second album consists of traditional gospel, Zion music and worship songs. He is planning to record a DVD which will include some songs from both his albums in the near future.
