Khayelitsha Hospital is looking for the family of an unknown patient registered as Unknown Monday with the following details. The patient, 38, was brought in the hospital by paramedics, on 10 September 2017. He is ±1,7 m tall and weighs 64 kg. He is originally from Congo and told the staff that his home language is Lingala.

Any person having information on Unknown Monday please contact the Social Worker, Ntombovuyo Ngesi, social worker, at (021) 360 4302/4200 or Thulani Desile, the Sister in charge of the Medical 1 Ward, at (021) 360 4422/4200.
