Nyanga police have made great strides in bringing wanted murderers to book this week, with the arrest of seven culprits.

“Five of the seven suspects are appearing in Athlone Magistrate Court today facing charges of murder. Two suspects aged 21 and 22 were arrested on Sunday in Samora Machel.

The pair had assaulted the deceased on Saturday for housebreaking and theft. They were arrested still with blood stained clothes,” said police spokesperson Captain Ntomboxolo Sitshitshi.
