Police need driver to help with a murder case

Langa police are looking for the driver of a white VW Golf who witnessed the fatal stabbing of a man, between Blue Gum Road and N2 direction to Goodwood, at about 4:30pm, on 04 April 2016.

According to the police an African male was taken to Vanguard Hospital by ambulance and later died.

There was a person who was driving a white VW Golf who witnessed the incident when deceased and suspect were fighting.

He informed the Flying Squad who were in that vicinity and gave them a full description of the suspect who was walking to the direction of Vanguard Mall.

He further told the police that there were three other coloured guys who were involved in the fight.

The police made a follow up and managed to arrest the suspect with the knife. After the arrest of the suspect the police could not find the driver of the white VW Golf who is a key witness in this case. Please contact Detective Seargent Dalasa at 021 695 8000 or 084 958 9324.
