Police needs help to find alleged killer

Langa Police are appealing to anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of suspects who allegedly killed Mbulelo Methole (28).

Langa police spokesperson Nondumiso Paul said last week Friday 17 May police were informed of a shooting incident that occurred on the corner of Papu and Church Streets.

She said upon arrival on the scene they found the deceased lying in a pool of blood. Paul said it is alleged that Methole who lived at number 2 Mqhayi Street was shot several times by unknown suspects.

She said he was shot in the chest, head and on his back and died on the scene. At the scene 11 cartridges and one projectile were found.

She said the motive of the shooting is at this stage unknown and the suspects are still at large. Anyone with information can contact Detective Sergeant Sonwabile Hoza on 079 880 9812, the police station on 021 695 8019 or 08600 10111.
