Nyanga SAPS have appealed for locals to help them solve two cases in their policing precinct.

. On Friday 9 September, the body of Sikholiwe Fokazi,19, was found in Old Klipfontein Road, in Lusaka after he was allegedly assaulted by community members.

“The victim and accomplices allegedly robbed a cellphone from a woman who was on her way to work,” said Captain Ntomboxolo Sitshatsha.

. On Sunday 18 September, the body of an unknown man in his late twenties was found with bullet wounds in Ndima Street in Crossroads.

“The victim was wearing a black jacket, red t-shirt, pair of black jeans, blue socks and black shoes with red shoe laces,” she said.

Police are also looking for two suspects who fired shots at the owner of a house in Hobo Hobo Street in Crossroads.

On September 19, at about 02:45 two men tried to gain entry into the man’s house, and as he was pushing them back, one fired three shots, although he escaped unharmed.
