The Warrior Woman will host a fundraising gala dinner in aid of Abundant Life Women and Youth Centre on Saturday November 4.

The gala will take place at FNB Portside, 5 Buitengracht Street in Cape Town from 6pm.

Warrior Woman president Dr Fay Nqoloba populalry known as ‘Mafaye’ said her organisation was taking journey of addressing the ongoing struggle in South Africa, that of women abuse ,gender based violence, rising of numbers in divorce thus producing more broken families the root of the society, unemployment of youth, increasing numbers of early childhood pregnancies, overflowing prisons with youth and early substance abuse that has become a norm in the country.

“A miserable sight of our children across race, color and creed from the contamination of internet and other highly negative forces and energies affecting their lives. Instability of families, politics, churches, economy and institutions of learning in all levels,” said Dr Nqoloba.

She said appropriate property has been identified by the organization for them to establish “a one stop shop for women and children.”

“That place will be named Abundant Life Women and Youth Centre and we hope to riase funds for it,” she said.

She urged people to attend and support their cause. “Come and let’s build broken walls of our communities,”
