Trans Union has failed client

I am not sure if this is the correct place to send this letter to.

However, I have run out of options.

I’ve been calling TransUnion for the past two months to enquire about my Credit Report.

They issued me with a blank report.

No one seems to know what happened to my credit information.

Whenever I call the call centre, they say they have escalated the issue, and that they will call me back with feedback as to what is going on.

Two months later, still no feedback but the same rhetoric of ‘we are escalating it and will call you back’.

I’m sending the email with the hopes that I’m not the only one experiencing this, and maybe aa letter to a newspaper on the Transunion’s incompetency will trigger a response from them regarding my report.
