The Americans have spoken.

It has been a week now since the Americans have spoken and yet nothing has changed. The incumbent president elect is eyeing his office, which he will only occupy in January 2017.

He is planning to deliver on his election promises.

We are waiting for fireworks and action. We are waiting maybe for mass exodus of foreign legions from the states.

More draconian measures against those who he does not like and those who spoke badly about him, including our very own Trevor Noah.

For Trevor, it would be a simple case of just being told to go back to the jungle.

These and many more election statements he made in his campaign, we will wait and see how they play out.

As for me and you; what does Donald’s election victory means. Will it affect us in anyway. Do we feature in the list of things he wants to sort out.

He seem to be a man with many issues or things that he wanted to rectify.

As a nation and the rest of the world, we sympathize with Hilary Clinton, as she was the only alternative in these elections. Political analysts had a thing or two they pointed out about her, including the greenlight to kill Gadhafi and many other things that took place under her nose.

We have been busy trying to meddle with American politics as if we live in the states. When will it dawn on us that we are in Africa and should worry with African matters.

Its time we took care of our own challenges instead of other’s woes, as our Mzantsi is dying a slow death.

Now that Trump is in power, we will see if he will deliver on the promises and threats he made during his campaign. If he does then I do not know what will become of this world. Anyway personally for me I like a devil who comes out straight and say what they are up to and not hide behind false pretense as they are confusing to us.
