THE Tongaat Panthers Athletic Club held its Comrades Aches and Pains party recently and honoured the dad’s in a father’s day breakfast.

The club achieved two silver medals in this year’s Comrade’s Marathon with Temba Qhaniso completing in 7.20:30 and Lungani Mkhize in 7.20.50.

The members enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast after an early morning run.

The Camaraderie displayed during their Sunday morning runs is admirable.

Members are reminded that the 16th leg of the Thinny’s League Challenge morning takes place on Sunday, July 2 at 6.15 am.

The Youth Development programme is held every Wednesday at 4pm from the Flambel Pool Parking.
