CALYPSO Sporting FC came up against West End FC in another indoor league match held recently.

The match started with Calypso on attack mode in search of the opening goal and with the pressure mounting from the onslaught the opening goal came in the fifth minute.

After getting the first goal and with the continued attack the flood gates opened and Calypso scored a further six goals to lead 7-0 at half time.

In the second half the match continued with Calypso FC taking the attack to the opposition who did very little to stop the attack or limit the damage that was being caused and Calypso.

The team continued to score regularly and freely and at full time won the match 16-0 and to take them to top on the league log.

Once again it was a full team effort from all players who did their best in contribution to the overall performance and victory, but coach PK Naidoo said he was not a hundred percent happy with the physical performance of all players and will be concentrating on this during training in the coming weeks and also strengthening on the strong points that the team is building.

Calypso Sporting will take on Belvedere FC this Friday, October 13 at 8pm in what is going to be a humdinger match for a Friday night.
