SENIOR karaketas from the international Karate Daigaku South Africa (IKDSA) recently attempted their grading examinations and 13 had attempted Shodan (first Dan) under Sensei Denzil Govender, head of IKD in South Africa.

Through determination and had work they were each successful and will be receiving their Shodan certificates early next year that will be sent from the IKD head office in Canada.
