THE Ntenga Charity Foundation held its annual 10 km and five kilometre races from Moses Mabhida Stadium to Ushaka Marine World on June 16.

Falcons members Eddie Singh and Celiwe Ndaba were yet again on the podium.

The duo finished third overall in their respective male and female 10 km walk races, as well as first in their age categories.

Ndaba’s family showed their support for her and the charitable event as they tackled the five kilometre race.

Also completing the shorter course were Nikhil, Yash and Vitasha Ramnarayan.

Mzwanele Shabane displayed his charitable side when he supported the Qaphe Eqolo Save the Rhino Race last Sunday. The race was held in Mtubatuba, north of KZN, and the route had some very steep hills.

Shabane ran at a blistering pace of three and a half minutes per kilometres to finished in 1:16. — Supplied.
