MOTHERS-TO-BE attended a Pregnancy Awareness Day at Mediclinic Victoria Hospital, Tongaat on February 11, the aim of which was to educate pregnant women on all matters pertaining to pregnancy.

The day included talks and expectant moms got to ask various experts loads of questions.
Experts included Dr AQ Sayed (paediatrician), Dr V. Nandlal (gynaecologist), Dr R. Gobind (anaesthetist), Claire McHugh (dietician) and Kribashni Gounden (childbirth expert and maternity unit manager).

Expectant moms were taught about breast feeding and how to take care of their baby.
Parents were treated to goodie bags, raffle prizes and snacks and the hospital thanked sponsors for their assistance, and the parents who attended the function. - Supplied.
