THE KwaZulu-Natal Coastal Region Girl Guides Society, under the leadership of their regional commissioner Shamila Budhai, held a successful day training at Verulam Primary on June 9.

Thirty-four girl guiders were empowered in planning, mentoring and how to conduct assessments.

These guiders service approximately 700 girl guides in this region.
