THE Tongaat Child and Family Welfare Society attended the first Balwin Charity Hat Walk in Ballito, KZN on November 18.

The organisation was chosen as one of the main beneficiaries after being referred by DJ Euphonik and after submission of a motivation in respect of their programmes.

Other beneficiaries included LIV Village, Sables Creatures, and Sea Rescue.

All the organisations were presented with cheques to the value of R50 000 to assist them to continue with the charitable work that they do in the communities that they serve.
