AN international spiritual master Swami Vishwa Chakradharananda is coming to the north of Durban for the first time on March 20 to conduct meditation classes at the Mountview Civic Centre at 7pm.

Chakradharananda travels the world disseminating the teachings of his Satguru, constantly providing invaluable guidance to everyone he comes into contact with, on the spiritual path.

Bhakti Marga SA will be holding a Maha Om Chanting for Mother Earth with Chakradharananda.

The organisation said in statement: “Sound healing is one of the most powerful and simplest methods of healing. OM chanting is the original healing technique used by the ancient Rishis (sages) and has been brought back from the Himalayas into the world to help restore balance in oneself, humanity and the planet.

Country co-ordinator for Bhakti Marga SA Meshree Rajkumar said in a statement: “Om chanting supports our health, our meditation practice and it balances us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Emotions are released and inner peace, happiness and love arise. It also uplifts the environment, creates harmony and unity in man and nature.”

Sound and vibration are the essence of creation.OM is the primordial sound creating the whole universe and also pervades the whole universe.
The sound “OM” belongs to all humanity, to all nations and to all religions.

The cosmic vibration of OM aligns all the vibrations within us which are in disharmony.

Rajkumar said by chanting "Om" within a specifically arranged group of people, the power of OM is enhanced and amplified thereby releasing emotions, thoughts and negative energy, which results in peace, joy and love in one's life.

“Om chanting groups nationwide will be joining together to produce a magnified healing vibration for yourself and the world. The world needs people who are willing to contribute to a change. It is time to realise the potential within and to share it with the whole world.”

The Bhakti Marga organisation is an international organisation, promoting oneness and unity among people. This organisation was founded by Premavatar Sri Swami Vishwananda, an enlightened master whose teachings of spirituality and the principles of Unconditional Love has spanned the continents, encouraging and enlightening individuals.

The prayer will also take place in the south of Durban at the Merebank Shree Parasakthie temple March 21 at 10am.
